Upon agreeing to these Terms of Service, users are enrolled as "Basic Members" alongside any specific program memberships selected. Membership benefits include access to the GetEternaHealth.com website and mobile application, unlimited customer support, pharmacy and clinical care coordination, health information management, and facilitated access to nurse hotlines for clinical inquiries.
Eterna Health does not practice medicine or provide healthcare services directly. The independent medical providers associated with Eterna Health are fully responsible for the healthcare services they provide through the Platforms.
Acknowledging Eterna Health's non-involvement in direct pharmacy or laboratory operations, any engagement with these services within the context of Eterna Health's coordination is governed by this Agreement. Laboratory services offered require valid prescriptions and are fully integrated into the total service charge.
By enrolling in and utilizing Eterna Health Services, you consent to conducting business electronically, understanding such electronic interactions hold the same legal standing as written communications.
Engagements with third-party services or products provided through Eterna Health are governed by the terms set by those third parties. Eterna Health assumes no liability for disputes arising from third-party engagements.
Eterna Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with certain terms herein surviving any such termination.
To utilize Eterna Health Services, users must meet certain age and residency requirements, and possess necessary technological capabilities. Service availability is subject to state regulations and may change based on regulatory requirements.
Users must provide accurate registration information and maintain the confidentiality of their account details. Eterna Health retains the right to use, disclose, or otherwise manage user data as detailed in this Agreement and the associated Privacy Policy.

All transactions through Eterna Health Services are final, with specified terms for order processing, taxation, and payment processing outlined.
Users bear responsibility for the accuracy of their information and adherence to these Terms, including confidentiality and legal compliance in their use of Eterna Health Services. Users agree to use Eterna Health Services within the bounds of legality and ethical conduct, refraining from any actions that could harm the service or its users.
Eterna Health grants a limited, personal license for users to access and use the service content for non-commercial, personal use only.
